Sharcott Barracks is a 7-bedroom estate set in stunning grounds with a tennis court and heated outdoor swimming pool. Despite this, the selling agents were struggling to get numbers through the door to the property. Perception Studios was brought in to capture aerial footage to showcase the incredible home and surrounding land which was then used by the agents to create a video that sat alongside the other property images on the listing site. The footage helped increase interest and improved the visitation to the home until ultimately it was sold.
